Our Manufacturing Process
Small Factory, Big Standards
Our factory may be compact, but it is highly efficient and purpose‑built for quality. By keeping production in‑house and hands‑on, we maintain complete control over every stage of fabrication.
Pre‑Assembly for Accuracy
All combination frames and bay windows are fully pre‑assembled in our factory. This ensures perfect alignment, structural accuracy, and a reliable fit before installation even begins — reducing issues on site and guaranteeing a smoother experience for installers and customers.
Finishing Touches That Matter
Welded cills can be polished on request for a clean, professional finish.
Bay jacks are pre‑installed when required or requested, ensuring each bay is correctly set up and structurally sound before leaving our factory.
Glazing & Joint Options
To help customers maintain a consistent look across their property, we can manufacture both internally glazed and externally glazed windows — ideal for matching existing frames or meeting specific design requirements.
We also offer a choice of fully welded or mechanical joints on our windows and doors. This allows you to select the finish that best suits your project, whether you prefer a seamless welded appearance or the traditional, heritage‑style look of mechanical joints.
In addition, we provide a range of glazing options to suit different performance needs, including but not limited to:
